Went in for a smog check today about 11:00am. Their ValPak coupon states they are open from 9-4 on Saturdays. No mechanic or smog tech on duty; mentioned this to the cashier and he just shrugged his shoulders and looked at me like he could care less! Terrible "customer service". Even if this is a "separate business" as the cashier stated, the smog shop represents the Shell station and vice versa. Based on my experience today I won't be patronizing either of them again.
