When it came to renewal, they never sent me a notice. I was driving a couple of weeks with no insurance. When I finally found out that I had no insurance I switched to another company.
Just received a letter that my homeowners is being dropped because of "overall exposure level related to catastrophic loss". Never filed one claim only made payments on time. Thanks for being a company that no longer supports your First Responders even though that was your original sales pitch.
No complaints saved me alot of money.
