We were camping at Laguna Seca and called to ask about the cost of having the black and gray water tanks in our travel trailer serviced. The first time we called, Jessica answered but didn’t seem familiar with what a black water tank was. She told us we needed an account and wasn’t able to provide any pricing information. I honestly believe this company is horrible with their employees. My fiancé has been working with this company as a seasonal worker, and they have been lying to him, saying they will hire him and keep saying they need more time to hire him. They are just horrible a horrible company and don’t know how to treat their employees.
