Star Roofing did work on our roof in the fall of 2024 as we were seeking to stop leaks. The work came with a warranty that is still in effect, and the work was $5,000. Shortly after the work was done, we experienced another leak. We let the team know and they came out promptly to do additional caulking. After that, we continued to have leaking, and at that point the team refused to return many calls and voicemails, even despite the warranty being in effect. Amazing service! They installed my roof and siding perfectly. Prices were fair and the work was honest. Very satisfied and will use them again.
After a couple of tries, Paul fixed a roof leak that had puzzled two other roofers. Very responsive and on time. Highly recommend.
Never showed up to look at why the roof they installed years ago is leaking into my bedroom.
Very happy with Paul and his guys. They did the job fast they were clean and the price was very fair. Great quality materials he was on time and did everything in his quote plus some extra stuff to make sure it was perfect.
