We've relied on Star Rentals for equipment needs for years and really don't use anyone else at this point. They're responsive and courteous, deliveries/pickups are made on-time, and the equipment is always well maintained - and it all starts with the branch manager, James, who always seems on top of everything. They've been a huge help for us - if you need equipment, you've found the right place!
I will always give any store a five star if they... receive a petty one star review for accepting a standard of payment they determine makes sense for their business (cash) and someone unreasonably penalizes their rating for it.
Star Rentals always comes to our rescue. They always deliver on their promises, are affordable and the equipment is flawless. Special kudos to Steven for his follow-up and follow-thru.
