We bought a house from pacesetter in star Ranch my lender paid Hoa and enrollment capital at closing for a year ,pacesetter took the money and paid their past dues and wont return the money back to me so i had to pay again for my whole Hoa for a year with penalties .and no resolution don't trust this builder with you're money i don't know how many other people went though this is ridiculous
