A great company to rent from! From my experience with Star Property Management, the team takes pride in what they do while also offering prompt and efficient response's to work orders! These properties have been cared for better than most landlords upkeep their own properties in the area!
My wife and I have lived in the drftless apartment complex for 3 years....since Star Property Management has taken over, I have seen one of the owners weekly and in person doing everything from completing work orders,doing yard work to cleaning and painting empty apartments...we look forward to a long and good experience for them and us. When I read a bad review about this organization, I know for a fact they are from a disgruntled, dishonest person... I would vouch for Star Property Management personally. Josh Beyer
I would highly Recommend No one Rent from this Company Being KJ Star Property Management. Dealing with Their managment left me feeling very similar to dealing with a really Toxic significant other several times. Being that they are Always right and the Renter is Always in the Wrong. I was Charged Several Thousand dollars for an overstay Fee. My new Residence was undergoing Remodel and took 10 days longer than initially expected to be available.
