Will recommend to definitely NOT rent from this company. They are money hungry, always trying to double charge you for things and come up with miscellaneous fees they can not account for. Keep all your receipts if you do rent as proof otherwise they will be quick to try to take you to court. And they don’t take care of their properties. They either take forever to fix things or never fix it. Horrible business.
Poor management, slum lords,never fix their properties.Quick to collect rent but never fix property or upgrade their properties after tenants move out.Please research and do your homework before renting any of these crooks properties.
