They really try to work with you and they understand you far as if you're very happy with your apartment or not it kind of goes by what you paying for is what you get so but they're always on it when it comes to management and fixing anything that's broken you call within a day they're on it . They also have after hour secretary so you can get messages across when it's late so they can get on it right away and they're always willing to listen and tell you what they can do for you and what they can't do they're nice peop... read more
I like the service because they have people who give you a chance to explain things to and they understand. My concerns were understood and someone came out in a good time to fix my problems. Thank you
Their maintenance team is awful. They ignore your requests or half-ass fix things instead of taking the time and money to permanently address the issues.
Worst company I have ever dealt with. Stay away they are a huge fraud.
Very quick responses and very nice staff. The team is accommodating.
I appreciate the help from the office anytime something is wrong. The people in the office are easy to talk to.
I'm still waiting for my toilet to be fixed.
