Delicious and so authentic. Everything was freshly made and the staff were so attentive. We ordered the butter chicken , aloo gobi , chicken tikka white meat , chicken tikka wings, chicken kuzambu, saag paneer, and rice. My favorite was the chicken tikka wings and grilled breast. I also got a mango lassi that was just right. Amazing flavor. Will definitely be back.
This is hands down my favorite Indian restaurant in Los Angeles. The food is consistently amazing and easily the highest quality I’ve been able to find. Every dish is full of rich, authentic flavor and always tastes fresh. I especially love their curry and chicken tikka masala—they are absolutely outstanding and never disappoint. I’ve tried Indian restaurants all throughout California, and this place is truly in a league of its own. On top of the incredible food, they also offer DoorDash, which makes it even more convenient ... read more
We were in a hurry and stopped by this restaurant randomly. The service was very attentive, which made a good first impression, and the food was tasty and satisfying overall. I had such a fantastic time dining here on Vine Street. Everything we ordered was incredibly flavorful and arrived at the table piping hot. The tandoori chicken was a standout for me. The meat was perfectly cooked and seasoned, served with fresh lemon and crisp onions that added such a nice brightness to the dish. It was the perfect spot for a satisfying meal with friends. We left feeling completely full and happy. I cannot wait to come back and try more of the menu soon.
The best Samosa in LA! I was pleasantly surprised when I got the opportunity to enjoy Star of India recently. I'm a vegetarian so I was thrilled they didn't have any meat in them. Every bite paired with the delicious sauces was truly heaven in my mouth. Highly recommend!!!
