This place is a must visit when in Maui!!! Can't wait till next year!!!
While the noodle was starchy, it was presented the same in three noodle dishes - the garlic, saiman and pad Thai and were basically similar in taste. The biggest disappointment was the stream pork bun. Though, the buns were delicious, the pork belly was thin and dry. Bun and pork were not proportional. Service was friendly, but won't go back till Star Noodle finds its identity. Best of luck, Seldon.
Hey....it's a noodle shop , albeit an upscale one.Its ok , but there are much better options in Lahaina
Awesome food. This was recommended to me from a friend and I will continue the recommendations. I recommend getting the Filipino Bacon and Eggs, the Vietnamese crepe and the Singapore noodles. So good. Service was excellent as well.
First time here and the flavors were excellent! Service was awesome as well. Get there right when it opens so you don't have a long wait.
Everything a cutting edge restaurant should have; unique and intriguing menu, made to order from scratch, highest quality ingredients. The service was excellent and timely.
The restaurant was so nice. All of the wait staff were efficient and friendly. The food was so delicious and the presentation was great. I would highly recommend it!

Sat at the bar and got great service from John. Ambiance very good. Ahi and Pad Thai were great. Only complaint the dish with 4 different mushrooms was very bland. Live and learn. Overall enjoyable.
