Super fun!! Went mid afternoon, which was perfect
If your looking for local infused asian cuisine, then this is da local spot!!!! High quality flavor and with local ingredients that inspire you to eat like a local. Cheeeee!!!!! Highly recommended by dis local. Check out the fried saimin cause was action satisfaction! Also the Singapore Noodles was looking good too. Last but not least, see Alex for cocktails he's da man with the action plan! The cocktails was bomb digittyy!! Big Mahalo's to Star Noodle & staff.
SO GOOD! I'm vegetarian and our server was awesome in suggesting veg options. We had the crepe tofu-style - intensely flavored with fresh herbs and a very crispy crepe, and the Look Moore Funn (wide noodles in a tasty black bean sauce). Also had steamed buns with pork and hot & sour noodles for the non-vegetarian with rave reviews and clean plates. So good. So full. So happy.
Hands down, favorite restaurant on Maui! Highly, highly recommended!
What a surprise to have such fun restaurant to visit, I've told all my family and friends, it will definitely be a stop on their visit to Maui!

Star Noodle has amazing food, the portions are not large but they are tasty. The wait staff are very attentive. Be prepared to wait,it is a popular place
Delicious, fresh, unique food. Our new Lahaina favorite.
Great atmosphere, delicious food, friendly and courteous staff. Could not have been happier with my experience. I ate the clean flavored and perfectly cooked fiddlehead salad, Thai wings which were crunchy, sweet, sticky goodness, and Singapore noodles, an excellent choice for curry fans. And to drink the cucumber limeade that was only lightly sweetened and very refreshing. If I ever make it back to Maui this will be on my list of places I have to return to.
