The pohole salad with fiddlehead ferns is so delicious and can't get it anywhere else. Also, their take on bacon & egg is outstanding. The steamed pork bun with pork belly was a winner. Just make a reservation for dinner, otherwise there will be a wait. One of my Favs in Maui!

The food we ordered were really delicious and authentic! Best food in Maui for me because it didn’t feel like a tourist trap. I would highly recommend to friends visiting Maui in the future. Very reasonably priced as well!
We always order our favorites and they don’t disappoint as always: pork bun, shrimp tempura, pad Thai or Singapore Noodles, Vietnamese crepe and for dessert the mango pudding. We had ordered their malasadas before and they are good, too. Service is great, very friendly servers. There’s always a long line so either you make your reservations or go there late around 8:00 pm. Don’t miss it when you are in Maui!
I heard this place was really good. My girlfriend and I decided to give it a shot. Wow! Now we're talking about going again. Personally, I wish Star Noodle was my hotel restaurant. I could eat there all week.
