Our best meal on Maui by far! We’ve already returned a second time and plan to eat here one last time for our final vacation meal. The Vietnamese crepe is phenomenal, and we can’t wait to order the Lahaina fried soup again. And the hot n’ sour soup is not to be missed—such a complex and delicious dish. The service is super friendly and insanely quick (and even so we never felt rushed to get through our meal).
Delicious garlic noodles.
We had ramen noodle and udon. They taste good but portion was small. I ordered Singapore noodle; it doesn't have much flavor. We were still hungry; ordered Tai chicken wings and teriyaki chicken. Teriyaki chicken had maybe 5 small pieces of chicken on a bed of cabbage. We had high hope because it was featured on Triple D. It was a let down.

David and I thoroughly enjoyed our two dining experiences at Star Noodle. Recommend sitting at the bar and being served by Sean, a talented, charming and very able mixologist, Sean. LOVED HIS COCKTAILS and their many delicious dishes! GO!

One of my top Ten Meals. I have eaten from Mexico to Canada, New York to California, France to Italy. A must go when in Maui!
