Speedy and efficient service.
Roberts the best! Always helpful, informative & honest. It can get pretty busy if you come mid day but I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else. Been coming here for about 7 years with 2 vehicles and never had a problem with the work done on either.
3 Stars because the mechanic who worked on my car disabled and unplugged my dashcam without fixing it back or without warning. I called and spoke to the Service Manager, Chris Schwartz, who listened and agreed that he will address this.
I always bring my car here for oil change since owning a nissan rougue twice its nice for them to include the multi point check but for the last 2 visits with the oil change I also trying to find out what is the cause of a humming and grinding sound that I hear in my car but when I was there the service advisor said that I have to bring it early coz they're fully booked meanwhile i replaced my wheel hub and bought 4 new tires by matter of elimination hoping the humming and grinding will go away since its still there i went b... read more
