They don't keep appointments and expect you to wait as much as an hour soaking in cold water.Act as though they don't understand English until it suits them. Promote kids pedi's and resent doing them and rush through. Bad experience each time I have gone there, so I'm done with assembly line service. It's a shame because the shop is lovely......what a waste.
