They do not honor appointments and will just assign you to whomever is available!! This has now happened to me both times I’ve tried to come here. If you’re like me, and have a specific way you like your nails, this place isn’t for you. The quality is very hit and miss so this is unacceptable.
Always do an amazing job with my nails. Friendly and take their time.
