Got a dip done here. They chipped in the first few days. Went back thinking he would fix them and he just filed them down and out a top coat on the three nails that were chipped. A few days later back to chipping and the top Coat was peeling off the top. For 55 bucks go somewhere else. They were very thick and all my nails had a different rat shape. Worst experience. Save your money

This was my 2nd time getting dip. The first time he charged me $55 as advertised which is already $10 more than what I pay somewhere else but whatever. I go this time and he wants to now charge me $65 so of course I questioned him and he says because my natural nails are long ~ they were shorter than the first time which I said I paid $55 last time ~ he wouldn't give me that price and only took off $5 so charged me $60. I started going to Star Nails for mani-pedi's and they are great, but the hidden gem is Sarah who does massages as well. Her room is a bit cramped, but it doesn't matter. She is gifted!

This was my first and last time coming here. I called ahead to ask if they had any walk-in appointments for a regular gel manicure and pedicure. Over the phone, I was told the price would be $35 for a manicure and $35 for a pedicure. When I arrived, I got exactly that — nothing fancy, just a regular gel manicure and a $35 pedicure. By day two, my nail polish was already chipping. The man doing my nails refused to do the shape I requested. I kept asking for a specific shape, but he repeatedly went back to square. They do not honor appointments and will just assign you to whomever is available!! This has now happened to me both times I’ve tried to come here. If you’re like me, and have a specific way you like your nails, this place isn’t for you. The quality is very hit and miss so this is unacceptable.
