I made an appointment a week ago with Tom at 11 o'clock today. I got there at 1055 waited until 11:20, Asked when Tom would do my manicure and pedicure. The woman in the front cubicle said Tom not here today. I asked why no one called me she didn't answer me. She said Jimmy will do for you. After a few minutes I said how long is Jimmy going to be. The worst nail place I’ve ever stepped into. They don’t care if you’re a returning client they get mad if you decline one of their services and leave you for the guy that doesn’t even know how to do nails to do my nails and I had an appointment but a random can walk off the street and get started with immediately. She knew dang well I get dip and the guy didn’t know how to do it. One good customer LOST
