By far the best gel fill in and pedicure I have ever had! The staff at Star Nails is professional, experienced and customer service oriented. I will not go anywhere else.
I paid $60 for a gel french manicure for a wedding and less than 24 hours later the polish was peeling off and had to be taken off before I made it down the isle
I made an appointment a week ago with Tom at 11 o'clock today. I got there at 1055 waited until 11:20, Asked when Tom would do my manicure and pedicure. The woman in the front cubicle said Tom not here today. I asked why no one called me she didn't answer me. She said Jimmy will do for you. After a few minutes I said how long is Jimmy going to be. She said 35 minutes. That was an hour after my 11 o'clock appointment with Tom who didn't show up and no one bothered to call me to reschedule. Worst customer service you will ever... read more
Hands down the BEST manicure and pedicure I have EVER had in over 40 years. Tom is amazing! Thank you Tom and Star nails!
