If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never went to a nail shop where techs are as unexperienced as them! The rep tried to do my pedi, I was in there no more than 10 mins before I left. They have nasty attitudes and don’t know what they are doing. The shop was already empty I should have known.

I asked for a soak off and they told me they do not do soak offs, how is it possible that a nail salon does not offer soak offs? , on their service menu there is take off without other services for $10 and I have gotten a soak off here before without extra nail services , if I could give no stars I would .
Great customer service! I’ve been coming here for a very long time and I’ve never been disappointed. The girls work fast and pay attention to detail.
