This place has fallen off. The sign says they are open till seven. I get off at six rush to the salon if they are tied up with somebody from earlier than they will possibly still be there but good luck getting them during the hours they claim on their sign. This is why their business is declining because they are starting to do shitty work and you can’t even reach them at the hours. They claim they are open. If you’re gonna close at six, close at six . Very nice pedicure. Only problem was lady was on speaker phone entire time I was there which kind of took away from the peace I was needing today and I found it rather rude. I had no menu to choose from she sat me down after I said I needed a pedicure. Don't expect any scented water or offer of a soda.

I went to do my pedicure and I bring my son the lady was screaming to my son because my son accidentally dropped his drink and she was screaming to me to clean it up last time I go to that place

Avoid This Place - Pathetic Service and Painful ExperienceI am absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated at Star Nail. The customer service here is completely pathetic, and the staff treats you like you are a burden rather than a paying client. It felt subhuman.I came in for a simple pedicure and manicure to relax,but the entire experience was rushed, careless, and incredibly painful.
