Absolutely the worst nail salon I have ever been to. There are ZERO sanitary practices happening here, honestly surprised the health department hasn’t been in. My nail technician was extremely rude and the one next to her was saying horrible things about my nails and barading me for choosing the shape I chose. This is a chop shop “nail salon”. Titusville, look elsewhere. Not worth the money, hassle, wait times and disrespect.

This visit does not even qualify for a one star review. I’ve been a customer for years and have spend a lot of money in this salon. When I tell you this lady butchered my eyebrows that’s exactly what she did. I am horrified and embarrassed of how my eyebrows came out. Never have I had this happen so badly to the point of tears. This lady had the audacity to look at me and not see a problem or even apologize. I am literally missing half my eyebrows on each side. I will never go back to this salon. Good service but they are getting really expensive
If I could give it negative zeros I would and please don't trust this place with your nails. We walked in we asked with the picture can you do this confidently and are you good at doing it .we were just trying a new place because my regular nail guy is on a cruise and I was going on vacation for my birthday before he returned.Well after they glued them on and everything they said well we can't do this talking about the picture I asked him if they could do before even starting.so I had my nails come out a completely different... read more
