Went there to remove old acrylics and the women who did it try to pull my acrylic off my nail with nothing but her nail and a fake acrylic nail. Hiw can someone who work with nail not know that this is damaging to the nail bed. And she tried doing that multiple times until I clearly told her to stop. She was not gentle nor is she knowledgeable on proper nail care.

They used to be better very busy and quality of work is vorse i went there for 15 plus years .And know many woman that work there by name.My last visit was horrible .And the owner didn't apologize and pretended nothing happened. I am a a generous tipper. They don't appreciate anybody.Not comming back anymore and suggest other people find a better place to get there nails done

This was my first and last time coming to this place. First my nail tech I think her name was Kim, told me they don’t do regular manicures but only gel manicure. I thought it was odd but then agreed. I did regular pedicure but she finished in maybe 7 mins. She hardly shaped them (unfortunately I didn’t notice until I got home) and now I don’t trust her to fix them.
