Went there to remove old acrylics and the women who did it try to pull my acrylic off my nail with nothing but her nail and a fake acrylic nail. Hiw can someone who work with nail not know that this is damaging to the nail bed. And she tried doing that multiple times until I clearly told her to stop. She was not gentle nor is she knowledgeable on proper nail care.

They used to be better very busy and quality of work is vorse i went there for 15 plus years .And know many woman that work there by name.My last visit was horrible .And the owner didn't apologize and pretended nothing happened. I am a a generous tipper. They don't appreciate anybody.Not comming back anymore and suggest other people find a better place to get there nails done

This was my first and last time coming to this place. First my nail tech I think her name was Kim, told me they don’t do regular manicures but only gel manicure. I thought it was odd but then agreed. I did regular pedicure but she finished in maybe 7 mins. She hardly shaped them (unfortunately I didn’t notice until I got home) and now I don’t trust her to fix them. Please public do not patronize this business. They discriminate, against, people with brown skin. They treat our seniors even worse. They tell you one price at the door you sit down it's nearly $200 I took my mom for her birthday. Try to make an appointment. But she told me they don't make appointment.
