Terrible experience. I got acrylics and one of them is so crooked it’s insane not only that but the design I asked for is so crooked and the lady hurt me SO many times ! Terrible place
My daughter and I decided to try this salon for the first time. I can honestly say I have never had such wonderful personal service as I had here at star nails salon in Cambridge, Minnesota. The nail technician was gentle and understood my sensitive skin. She not only fixed the terrible job that I had done in Owatonna Minnesota only a week ago, but she shaped my nails and explained to me why I crack in certain spots and how to help that. Do you guys need a receptionist at all?
I have been here three times now. The first time I handed the girl a $20 for the tip and asked for $10 back. She gave me $9 in all ones. A dollar is a dollar so I let it go, tho I was irritated. Next trip I asked for a couple nails on each hand to have cute Xmas designs, they were extremely basic and I was only there about 5-10 minutes longer than my friend, $22.50 was the charge, my friends FILL was $50 and mine was $72.50.
