The new owner is rude, unprofessional and hires non qualified employees. Prior to Star Nails being owned by her the customer service and quality was on point. I will not go there ever again.
This is such a wonderful shop. The staff is really friendly, and supportive. I bring my mom in who is infirm and Yen takes amazing care of her. On top of that they do a great job, our pedicures always come out perfect!
