I love this place, they are nice, talkative professional and do a fantastic set of nails. I have been using them for over 5 years and not once have I ever gotten a nail fungus or had my nails just come off. Yes they are busy but it's because they are good and everyone wants them to do their nails. I recommend Star Nails in Red Bluff to everyone who looks at my nails and says oooohhhh those are beautiful who did them!
No point in making an appointment. I had a 3:00 and arrived in time only to wait 40 minutes for them to even begin. I think they double booked.... Also they had no magazines at all to read so you will need to bring your own book or magazines.... Don't think I'll be going back. You pay a little more at a spa but the customer service is better
