To start I have had dip nails before put on by another salon and that lasted 4 weeks. But here my dip nails were lifting off within 3 days of being put on! I let them know and they repaired the one that had actually chipped. The next day 3 more had lifted and chipped. I had asked for a refund at this point since Half my nails had been damaged in 5 days they refused stating they only refund if it’s been less than a week and they would not be open again to refund me until it had been more than a week... instead they came in on... read more

I've been to a few nail salon places and by far this is the best place! My daughter loves getting her nails done but is always afraid of all the nail technicians until we came to Star Nails. Now my daughter can comfortably get her nails done while I do mines! Plus Amy and Minh is really good at making sure the length, shape and thickness of my nail is to my liking. Today was my first experience at this nail salon and my first time getting my nails dipped! Amy was a delight, answered all my questions, and even explained every step to me since it was my first time with a dip. Based on my experience today, I'd recommend making an appointment with this salon. They're all so friendly, it's in a quiet strip mall, and they just do good work.
BEST pedicures I’ve ever had, manicures are always terrific. Cute little family, theyre so respectful and kind. They always make sure they give clients 💯. Definitely recommend.
