They are the best! A wonderful group of women who strive to make every customer feel special. Great location and lots of parking. Reservations are not necessary but appreciated. Nothing better than being pampered while enjoying a nice glass of bubbly.
I have been a long time loyal customer of Star Nails, and would not have it any other way! Nancy, the owner, and her staff always make me feel welcomed from the moment I step into the shop. The staff is super friendly and they do a superb job. I have never had a bad experience. If you are having to think twice about Star Nails, you do not know what you’re missing out on! I have been coming here for almost 10 years and really cannot imagine going anywhere else. I feel like they have been with me for most of the major milestones in my life!! Nancy and her team are consistent, no matter who does my service I leave satisfied with the results and always get compliments. Nancy also always takes the time to tell me hello and ask about my family. I truly enjoy my getaway time to Star Nails!
They clearly hire uncertified people that don’t know what they’re doing. I went in for a lip wax. they not only were unsanitary, they used the wrong temperature wax, and ripped the skin off my face. She used a dry cotton ball and rubbed my face so hard, I thought she was going to bust a vessel in my face. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
I have been coming here for over 20 years now, it is a beautiful salon. Always clean, great customer service and the best pedicure (outside of a high-end spa)!
I went here for the first and last time about a week ago for a gel manicure, and it's already chipping! I've never had that happen with a gel manicure before. I always get 2-3 weeks out of each one. Not to mention the guy who did my nails was rude and didn't say anything to me. They definitely need major improvement!!
