I just had the best pedicure I’ve experienced in months - the massage chairs are phenomenal, the technician was meticulous, and everything was spotlessly clean. I’ll be back!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been a loyal customer there for over 10 years. I have been kind and respectful. And so was Henry until today. Whatever reasoning that Henry had, he took all of his issues that he had with other customers out on me. He was yelling. His face was turning red I was only in there for about 15 secs before he was yelling at me to leave. I didn't feel safe and I don't recommend for anyone to go there for any service.
The service I had asked for was a soak off and gel polish. The lady who helped check me in tried to PRY the previous acrylic off of my fingers nails. That’s a big NO for me. It damages the nail beds and can leave a person in pain and I am not trying to go through that again. Turns out, the lady who was supposed to help me didn’t know HOW to soak off acrylic.
