The service I had asked for was a soak off and gel polish. The lady who helped check me in tried to PRY the previous acrylic off of my fingers nails. That’s a big NO for me. It damages the nail beds and can leave a person in pain and I am not trying to go through that again. Turns out, the lady who was supposed to help me didn’t know HOW to soak off acrylic. I’ve been here twice and the first time was great. The guy who works there did my nails the first time and he did a great job. I went in today and one of the younger women did my nails and it was awful! She couldn’t get an even shape and ended up filing them down way shorter than I wanted….and they’re still not even! Then she went to paint and left huge gaps by the cuticle and the nail. I asked if that was how she was leaving them and she just kept applying coats. My teen daughters had their first nail salon experience and these guys are phenomenal. My youngest wanted a very specific design that she found online and I showed the nail tech before asking were they able to do this and how much it would cost. Not only was he able to complete the design perfectly, but after all was done it came out to be a little cheaper then initial Expected. They take their time and listen and explain what they do.
