Nice selection of vehicles. Customer service was awesome. Quick easy and simple process. Kash was very helpful in the process
Everyone was very nice and helpful. The price was great for the car and purchasing was an easy process. We did find that the coolant tank was leaking after purchase which was a $2300 repair. Star Motors sent us a check for $500 which they really weren’t obligated to do considering the purchase was as-is. They seemed genuinely concerned with the repair and I was pleased that they offered compensation. My experience at Star Motors was great. I got to meet Richard and Caesar. Although I did not purchase a vehicle there, I received a customer service experience that is worth mentioning. Both Richard and Caesar are exceptional sales people (and more) that can help with the car buying experience. Price comparison is important when dealing with a set budget. I would recommend to stop by and see what they may be able to do for you. Where ever you go, I wish you all a great car buying experience.
