Great Owners very friendly staff and always there for the customer!
I have always had good experiences with Star. Friendly people, helpful, good service and reasonably-priced. I'm glad my friends recommended them to me.
I could not speak higher praise of these people my bike had to go into the shop for a new set of tires brakes and an oil leak. They replaced my tires and brakes on one day and fix the oil leak another as I ride my bike year round. The quotes I was given were accurate and reasonable ALL of the staff was friendly polite and knowledgeable,and kept me up to speed with what is going on with my bike. From now on I will only let these guys work on my bike. Again thank you to all the staff at Star motorbike & ATV
I took my tire in to have the bearings replaced. When my wife called to get an estimated pickup time a younger gentlemen was rude to her and told her it would not be done today. I called and he told me the same. I talked to the owner later and he said it would be done. The bearings were no seated properly, so I paid to have them reworked. I called and talked to the owner, at which time I was told it was my fault, and after much deliberation, that he would not refund anything.
