My SUV was damaged by their Service department a few weeks ago, I left several messages and text messages but they never responded to any of the messages. And, when I spoke to the Service manager last week and complained, he promised to get back to me the next day which he never did.

Super upset with Mercedes and issues I’ve been having with mold in my ac in a car that’s a 2018 model. The dealership repair service at Star Motors in Houston aren’t help. I called your help center have been told lies and now my car is at a different Mercedes dealership! We've bought 2 cars from Star MB over the years, and its been a great, low pressure experience. The best part of Star though is the service. Always have replacement parts in stock, but thankfully our car has been extremely reliable. As it now gets up in years, they've kept us on the road reliably.
Star Motor Cars deserves way more than 5 ⭐️. Tony was extremely helpful, honest, worked hard to get the deal done for us! We are thankful for him and appreciate him!! We are proud owners of a Dodge Ram 3500! We fully recommend STAR MOTOR CARS
Got a sensor fixed that was supposed to be an in and out deal but they didn't have time so they sent me in a loaner that was supposed to be free then charged me $360 dollars for the loaner for 3 days along with my bill.
Brought my vehicle in for evaluation. Was informed that after the Technicians evaluation that I would need to replace my motor. Price if done there 20k. Took the vehicle to Denali Motorsport and 2 days and a $180 CVV my car is good as new. The Service Manager I worked with was very kind. The Mercedes Certified Techs I’m not so sure about.
Great experience with Justin and Zach. We stopped by just to take a look but the Volvo was in such great condition and they were extremely helpful. The experience was smooth and stress free and both guys were very professional and friendly. Justin even got my bluetooth set up before I drove away! I wouldn't hesitate to go back for another vehicle! Thanks so much guys!
Justin is the man! I traded-in my Chevy Equinox (they gave me an excellent price for it too) for a super low mileage 2014 Volvo and am so pleased with my decision. Purchasing a car is usually a long, tedious process, but Justin and the entire team at Star Motor Cars made it an enjoyable and easy process.
