Star Metro is by far the worst rental company I’ve ever dealt with, poor and unprofessional customer service and just a general scammy vibe overall. This company stole over $2,000 from us. Be careful renting units site unseen from this company, especially if you’re coming from out of state, or paying refundable deposits and then trying to get that money back once the property doesn’t work out.
