I stay here every time I come to Atlanta and thinking about moving here everything is secured and they have the best concise Micheal sines is so great and understanding and he always goes above and beyond to help me, also Deonte and the young lady with the nice short blonde hair is also great ppl! They make it such a good experience-Nia
UPDATE: I did reach out and they did show a refund was issued the day after I checked out. I did send the receipt to my bank and they adjusted it as it was pending on my banks end. I changed my rating to 5 stars. My husband and I decided to take a quick trip to Midtown on 9/26. We were greeted by Michael who was very helpful and attentive. The parking was easy and the garage was secure. We did enjoy our stay as it is walkable to many things in the area. While the concierge team is wonderful, this building has lots of issues. The sound is AWFUL. I can hear my neighbours walk all day long. You can hear the train at all times of day and night, stretching and as it makes its way past the building. If you’re in the lower 4 floors in the back, there is a club and it’s horrible on weekends until about 4am. Just lots of noise.
I have lived here for going on 3 years now and I must say that this is one of if not my favorite building in Atlanta , the one of a kind roof top view pool , the gym , the walkable areas and the concierge Graylon he is top notch extremely helpful and they go above and beyond on helping with any issuses that may arise inside or out of the unit. Definitely will be renewing as long as possible
