Michael was amazing!! He really tied the whole experience together! Put a smile on our face every time we saw him!
Stayed here in an airbnb and oof the experience interesting. The management was amazing let me just preface but the building needs work! Walked into our room to find a cockroach in the sheets and the thermostat would keep the room super cold even after we tried to turn it up. The pool is gorgeous but just know that if you go close to 10pm (before it closes) you’ll be harassed by cops with guns giving you a countdown to 10pm. Management and staff in this building has gone down hill. There’s a lot of water leaks and pipe bursts they do nothing about. I had a pipe burst two floors above me - water leak destroyed my couch and sentral did nothing. Management calls residents names in maintenance requests like this attached. This was specifically done by Allen who is the manager. Avoid this Building – Serious Issues with Management and Maintenance Living here has been extremely disappointing. The management and staff have significantly declined in quality. There have been repeated water leaks and pipe bursts that go unresolved.
