I received extremely poor medical care during my recent visit. The doctor did not conduct a proper examination, there was no auscultation, no assessment of my throat or ears, and no meaningful clinical evaluation. Instead, she made a diagnosis from a distance of about 1.5 metres and immediately prescribed antibiotics without checking whether they were necessary. This was unprofessional, dismissive, and concerning from a patient safety perspective.
Had a great first visit at this practice. Booking was easy online via HotDoc app. The doctor was super efficient, she took bloods on the spot, so I didn’t have to go to pathology as well and she will call me with results without having to make another appointment.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Sandy Dong, and I was truly grateful. Dr. Sandy is extremely patient, attentive, and genuinely caring, a refreshing contrast to other GPs who rush through appointments in just 2 minutes without explaining things to you. Dr. Sandy took the time to listen, explain things clearly, and made me feel heard and supported. I really appreciate her thoughtful approach and will definitely keep coming back to see her.
