I had a very positive experience at Star Medical with Dr. Mirabelle. The clinic is extremely convenient, especially because they offer on-site services like blood tests and ultrasound, which saved me a lot of time and hassle. Dr. Mirabelle was professional, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The overall process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had an appointment at 11:00am and arrived on time, but ended up waiting over 40 minutes. What was particularly frustrating was that several patients who arrived after me were seen before me. In addition, the GP did not seem familiar with my medical history. I had previously been asked to complete blood tests and an ultrasound, but when I returned for the follow-up, the doctor asked me again what symptoms I had and did not appear to have reviewed my results.
