Staff changes regularly. My mom has been there almost a year and there have been 3 different facilities directors. They have a new activities lady who brings residents outside and has fun crafts and games for them. If they are not resistant to come. Hygiene is hit or miss. Showers are given regularly, but often I come and find my mom in a wet diaper. 3 times I have asked them to put a bib on her during meals and they never do which leads to stained fronts of shirts. No staff, food is not good, place is dirty, residents do not get proper care are left in wet briefs, food all over them and left sitting in a wheelchair for hours. No activities. Have staff that are mean to the residents. Wouldn't let them care for my dog. Company that owns it is horrible.
