WORST!!!!! Do not come here. The receptionists soo rude
DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! Stayed here for 2 nights as our team was shooting an event in kamloops. The staff was rude, the place was super sketchy (I did not feel safe). Cleanliness was 0/10, I got over 20 bed bug bites all over my body, asked them to change the sheets and they didn’t change all the sheets, I suspected it was in the brown blanket cover and not the sheets. There was hair leftover by previous guest on the sheets indicating they did not change sheets for every visitor either. My body is now super itchy and having an a... read more
Rooms costed wayy to much for the condition they are in. No TV in my room and no cold water in the shower. Really put a damper on our stay. Stayed there for 4 days and they kept jacking up the rent each day. Good location though.
