I usually don’t mind dingy, rough stays but this place’s management is abysmal. Terrible communication. They held on to my deposit until I called multiple times. The manager rudely told me I was supposed to complete the deposit refund when I checked out (which is never stated to you verbally or printed anywhere in their policies) and it was my responsibility that I neglected, but yet the other employee simply asked me my room number when I actually checked out and took my keys and that was that. The rooms have bed bugs. The customer service is horrible. They refused to refund even after they saw the bed bugs for themselves. They know they have them and try to move you to another room saying that “sometimes travellers leave them behind”, which can be true but it’s not in this case. The other rooms also have them and it’s an infestation they refuse to treat. They were rude and unprofessional about the way they handled the situation.

Tried to walk in our room saying "oh" before walking out slowly. And while we were gone one of our only towels were gone
