My travel was cancelled due to conditions so I needed to book a room asap for evening and wait till 5:45am direct was coming so I booked a room. From the moment the cancelation happened it was a Pain i t a ! But mavka the owner was so courteous and helpful he got me booked in a room and offered to drive me in am! 5am He was such a delightful soul to speak to. (Edit)(Without Prejudice/Opinion.)(Disclaimer: In '89 & '99, I received a Paranoid Schizophrenia-diagnosis w/o medical proof. A sign of PS is hearing voices that aren't real.)(HEADS-UP: In '24, an "Initial Site Plan" was done at the properties.)(I think Kamloops, BC, is intensely native & has never been closely-knit, partly b/c of the Residential School System.
