The customer service was rude and the price was much more than quoted on the phone and I will never use them again.
Had repair done on 12/15/2016 on a Echo GT Trimmer for $72.88. Suffice it to say that it wasn't used until 2 weeks ago for 2 lawn cuts. Since then, it WILL NOT START. Took over to Star today for a return repair. Was charged for a filter, he put it on; it started and then stopped. Told the tech it was the same problem I had in November. He said it might be a compression problem and too costly to repair. Maybe???? In the meantime, I'm out $72.88 for a worthless repair. Tech said you could leave it but we're two weeks out.
