Don’t buy anything from these people. Got my wedding ring from them and TWICE already the stones fell out. First time they replaced the ring, second time, my husband is now having to pay for it to be fixed. I’ve only had it since April and I don’t do anything rough to where the diamonds should fall out. They wouldn’t refund him either.
I have not personally bought a ring but in November I was in love with a set and wish it was still there in February I had no idea I was getting engaged that day or I would have picked out a ring in this shop to fall in love with but after dealing with Kay jewelers errors with a diamond falling out and resizing mot being taken care of in one shot. Exceptional customer service, quality, prices, kindness and professionalism. The store always has what we're looking for in stock. You can stop by anytime to get your purchased jewelry cleaned at no charge and they also do amazing repairs!
