Unfortunately, we have not had good experiences with this jewelry store, despite giving them multiple chances. Spent a lot of money in the place and they promise any problem they will take care. When one of my necklace broke due to have a very weak locking system the woman what is attending was very rude and refuse any help instead they offered made a trade with another one but paying more, we left the place, we will never come back for the treatment received and such as unprofessional behavior. I will suggest be careful with this place.

Don’t buy anything from these people. Got my wedding ring from them and TWICE already the stones fell out. First time they replaced the ring, second time, my husband is now having to pay for it to be fixed. I’ve only had it since April and I don’t do anything rough to where the diamonds should fall out. They wouldn’t refund him either.
