Incredible care and relationship.
Awesome repair work. They have incredible customer service ! Star has an incredible selection of beautiful jewelry!
I wouldn’t trust them with sentimental jewelry. They ruined my ring, added “prongs” to help hold diamond in place that looked like terrible and not symmetrical. Didn’t ask if we were okay with it before hand. When asked if it could be removed they took it back but got it back completely scratched.
Friendly, great service. It took longer than told. That was ok, but they said they'd clean the jewelry and they didn't bc it still looked dirty. Good job fixing it though!
