I visited Star Hyundai with my daughter to look at and test drive a new Tucson Hybrid. The salesman, Jeff, greeted us upon our entering the showroom. He was very friendly and helpful and he initially showed us a Tucson and answered our questions. He then got a Tucson Hybrid and I test drove it around the neighborhood. The sales process was pleasant throughout and the manager, Phil, was extremely knowledgeable and he explained things clearly, including the financing options, and offered his advice on specific topics. Jeffrey was very helpful throughout the whole process of trading in my car and getting a new one! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Love my car. Just hated the long, long wait to finish the final steps with the finance manager.
It is a small dealership. When I arrived I was greeted by Junhe Jin. He was very polite and positive attitude. I went there with my mind all set. Junhe understood what I was looking for. He wasn't a pushy salesman which for me is nice cause it is annoying. He kept in touch until we had a deal. Thank you. And other than that, I m just waiting for one more thing 😉
The staff here are knowledgeable and friendly. Justin did a great job explaining everything about the GV70. Would recommend him, and this location to anyone.
