I deleted my original 2 star review and am replacing it with a 5 star. There was only one missing accessory (mud guards) and that was ordered and installed without incident. The other "missing accessory" wasn't missing at all. I didn't realize that the cargo tray was reversible. I was looking for the plastic tray like the website and my other car have. The salesman was very nice and accommodating when I purchased the car but I had to force him to write down the accessories that I wanted on the sales contract and that I wanted 4 wheel drive. He kept laughing and saying don't worry I have it written down - it was on scrap paper. When I raised my voice, he finally wrote it down. When I picked up the car 2 accessories that I ordered and paid for were missing. They played dumb.
