Mr I was very dissatisfied by this company. They were to repair a water heater that they installed. I was led to believe that this was covered under the warranty. I stayed home ALL day waiting for them to come and do the work, at 4:00 they called to say that it would cost ~$300. I was totally blindsided by this cost. We are senior citizens living on a fixed budget and cannot afford the exorbitant charges. I WOULD NOT recommend this company. PS They originally charged us $875 to install this water heater.

Mixed Reviews i have used Star twice with mixed results - the first time they came out the representative was very unhelpful and basically could not fix my problem without a very expensive solution and i eneded up getting Roto Rooter to do the job. the next time very recently i called them and the representative called Ray was really good - he fixed the problem quickly and easily without replacing a part and overall i was pleased with that service call.
