I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. Upon arrival, they required an immediate Zelle transfer of $75, telling me it was a deposit and that if my insurance covered the visit, I could get a refund. However, they also said I needed to call back myself in about three weeks to request the refund — no follow-up from them at all. I had a great experience at Dr. Chang’s clinic while looking for a Chinese-speaking doctor for my parents. He was knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. The staff was friendly, and the clinic was clean and well-maintained. Plus, they accept Medicare, which is a bonus. Highly recommend!
Dr. Chang is fantastic! He assisted us with our Green Card Checkup and transformed what could have been a stressful experience into a positive one. His calm demeanor and great bedside manner made everything so much easier. We even got a same-day appointment and received our test results and forms just a few days later.
Best doctor ever! He's always available when you need him and responds to emails in a timely manner. Wouldn't go to anyone else!!!
Dr. Chang is the best DO I have had over the years. He is extremely knowledgeable, his staff is friendly and efficient, and he is always reachable via the secure portal when needed. He genuinely listens and doesn't try to just fit an issue into the standard response. I highly recommend Dr.Chang!
