Worst service in Melbourne workers are useless
While the physio Alison here is good. The reception staff really need to lift their game, I asked for a receipt of my appointments on the day, was assured it was emailed it wasn't, sent 3 emails which where all ignored and rang yesterday to be told it would definitely be emailed to me which it wasn't. The customer service is absolutely pathetic here.
This organisation is disgraceful. I booked my mother to see a physiotherapist and called a few days prior to the appointment to cancel. Despite never using their services, I was charged $180. Thinking they were a different organisation, I paid it and since received an email to say that the invoice was an error. Weeks and many calls later, I have yet to be reimbursed my money. I am not surprised that this organisation has such a low rating.
Gravel-grade phone technology. I've phoned twice in one week, got cut off three times mid-sentence, then it was back to another fifteen minute wait listening to mind-numbingly repetitve music. Easier to get on a train and go in person to Prahran Star Health.
