I had a factory recall on my Ford Explorer once the parts were available Star Ford called set up the appointment to get the recall taken care of. They called when the repairs were completed so I could pick up my SUV. The entire staff were professional from the office to the service to the parts dept Thank You Star Ford!!!!

Was nervous about last visit knew it would be exspensive. As always Mr Manypenny very helpful and courteous. Miss seeing Keith there.
They fixed the problem. The technician left an empty water bottle in my vehicle.
