Recently we had a larger repair performed at Star Ford. The quality of the work performed is excellent. Additionally, Ken, the Service Manager, and everyone kept us informed during the process. We were contacted when there was more than one option regarding next steps and provided information needed that was very helpful in making a decision. We are extremely happy with the quality of the work and the customer service we received.
100/100 best experience ever! Brenda and the Star Ford team killed it with this whole experience. Nothing but great things to say about working with Star Ford.

Great service! When I called to book an appointment for a check engine light with our car, we had already diagnosed the issue. The service writer I spoke with gave me a fair and detailed quote for the repairs and did not require me to pay for additional diagnostic time. They offered to give me a ride home and pick me up, if needed. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and the final bill was exactly what was quoted initially with no surprise charges!
