RecommendedDr. Pla has been supportive as my medical cannabis and obesity doctor. The staff is helpful and well informed and I enjoy rewarding volunteer opportunities in the past. Help suffering people is their #1 priority.
Dr Pla is great and shows he truly cares for your health. But customer service is lacking. It's very hard to get a hold of someone and have someone call you back. I had my appointment back in late Feb/earlly March. I followed Dr Pla's instructions on what to do next. I submitted all paper work back to the clinic in April. After failed attempts to speak to someone I emailed them through FB to find out if they received my paper work and if they has sent Dr.Pla's recommendation. Dr. Pla is one of the most professional and progressive doctors around. He is very knowledgeable and takes his practice seriously. His clinic is very inviting and non-intimidating. His staff is full of very sweet people that help you every step of the way. Everything is done at his practice - Fingerprinting, Photo, and the FULL application process.
