They never answer their phone. Theyre very disorganized and don't even know which of their properties they are selling. I spoke to ira and she didnt know a property that was selling under them. Told me she would call me back and never did. Then I spoke to Rashad, who refused to answer the phone and would only text me. We scheduled a house tour but then last minute he said he didn't get the key. Then said he would get the key the following day. Then ghosted me all together. Piss poor company.
