Absolutely horrid. Steer clear at all costs. Unfortunately for us, our neighborhood is incomplete so we had no say in who would be managing the community. Needless to say, the second the HOA is turned over to homeowners, we will be saying auf Wiedersehen to Jan and her terrible company. 👋
DO NOT USE THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY!!! Very unprofessional organization who will not respond to any homeowners requests. Several phone calls and emails without a reply. Only thing they like to do is collect dues and charge for their services. This company has left the association now vulnerable to a lawsuit for breach of covenant by its homeowners. Here are some photos of their failure to address landscaping issues which result in a loss of value of homes. DO NOT let this happen to you and run from these guys!!
I have been involved in several HOA property management companies. This one was hired by Bald Eagle Point even though I advised them of the poor history behind this company. I decided to contact this company and give them a fair chance. Their reviews are accurate, poor communication. They do not answer their phone and have no voicemail set up. I also wrote them a handwritten letter and have not had any response.
