Star EMS transported my 14 yr old daughter to another hospital. I rode with them. Charlie is 21 & new to the job (only 3 months), as we drove, Charlie asked appropriate questions about my daughter's treatment. I felt he was sincere and genuinely listened to me. I asked about his future dreams, and he shared. His partner, Dawn, rode in the back with my daughter. She was very kind & calmed my daughter's nerves. Great program, I've have personally attended many graduates ceremonies, held at "The Plat Little Theater" downtown Pontiac. I called because my husband who is a quad passes out occasionally after having a large bowel movement. His blood pressure drops quickly. I can usually bring him to quickly by raising his legs but today he didn't come around in a timely manner, so I called 911. I got worried because he said he felt off before getting out of bed 10am.
