BEWARE OF STAR ...... I was in a local ER and transferred to an ER attached to a hospital. The ER docs said I had NO CHOICE but to go by Ambulance. The ER called Star EMS for the Transport. Now, after insurance paid Star EMS, I get a bill from them for a balance due. I met all deductibles and out of pocket expenses after a major surgery in February.
