I had a great experience purchasing a car Saturday. My dealer was Tony Rodriguez. He was helpful from start to finish. My son closed his finger in the door while we were checking it out (he was fine), and Tony even reached out a couple of days after our purchase to see how my son's finger was doing. We will be going to Tony for any future purchases while stationed here.

We were visiting family in Abilene and decided to check out a new truck. With the help of Stuart we drove back to Pennsylvania in a 2020 Ram Bighorn Night Edition. We can't say enough about Stuart and Star!! Everyone was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely be back for our next truck purchase!!

Our truck was towed in because the battery caught fire. We called our insurance company and Ram warranty. After they looked at the truck, our insurance said they would cover, minus our deductible. Warranty was never called by dealership to help us take care of this. Our truck only has 23,000 miles but dealership would not see if warranty would cover, that was all our responsibility. This was our second Ram purchase from Star. We worked with Steve Sheppard both times and he will have us as customers for life. I have never had such an easy car buying experience. He never tried to push anything on us. He listened and got us what we wanted. I just cannot sing his praises enough. The paperwork process was also easy. Dan Hall is great at what he does. Will take your money and will not fix your car right. I’ve taken my vehicle a total of three times to fix my air conditioner and paid them $1500 and still not fixed. They need to keep the car a few days to see the issue themselves. Then they claim they do not have a loaner car. A place that sells cars! The service manager is rude and the have poor customer service. I do not recommend!
