Best dentist! My daughter and I come together because we moved out of town. Such care and concern.
The assistant placed my crown wrong then told me it will adjust itself. Which is a direct lie. Three years later I will probably loose that tooth due to pain and hitting the opposite tooth . I have authorization for 3 crowns snd they still wont schedule me more than 3 months away. Even tho one tooth is hurting. They say they are taking good care of their patients. Just not me. Horrible service find another place to go.
am very disappointed with dtar dental the service at this dental office. This was the second time we made an appointment and followed all instructions, only to face issues upon arrival. When we came in for the appointment, we were told at the front desk that the insurance was inactive and were advised to contact the insurance company. We immediately contacted the insurance provider, and they confirmed that the insurance was active and there were no issues on their side. Genessi is the absolute best!!! She is very accommodating and actually cares for her patients. Not all staff is terrible, ask for her she’s really the tooth fairy!!
